At Drake Waterfowl, we stand behind our gear and want to ensure you are completely satisfied with your purchase. If your item is in its original, unworn condition with tags attached, you may return or exchange it within 30 days of delivery.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Return

  Visit our online returns portal and enter your order number and shipping zip code to select the items you wish to send back.

  Print Your Label

  Follow the prompts to generate a prepaid UPS return shipping label and print it directly from your browser.

• 3.
  Pack Your Gear

  Securely pack your items in the original packaging if possible, ensuring all original tags are attached, and affix the return label to the outside of the box.

• 4.
  Ship and Track

  Drop off your package at any authorized UPS location; once our warehouse receives and inspects the items, your refund or exchange will be processed within 5-7 business days.
